Caring for your mattress
1. If you encounter any spills or stains, with a clean towel, work in a circular motion using warm water (not heavily soaking the towel) and mild detergent to gently remove spot. Wash the towel used a couple of times and repeat the steps until the spot is removed.
2. Invest in a high quality mattress protector to prevent spills, stains and dead skin cells.
3. Allow proper air circulation or direct sunlight on the mattress to ensure the mattress is dry before putting on the bedlinen.
4. Rotate your mattress every 6 months to ensure even wear.
5. To remove odour from urine or sweat, drop about 4 drops of essential oil like Eucalyptus or Tea Tree oil into a cup of water and spray the solution over the surface of the mattress.
6. Avoid using the mattress on an adjustable bed. Bending or folding your mattress may damage the innersprings and materials.

- To give your body adequate time to adjust, we recommend giving the comfort DuuDuu products (like mattresses and pillows) a go for at least 20 days. However, if you find you're still not a fan, ship it back for a full refund.
- To return your product, mattresses will need to be bagged, so we recommend you keep the plastic wrap it comes in and throw it out only after 100 days when you’re fully satisfied with your mattress.

I bought a single DuuDuu mattress earlier this year to test it out and gave it a good 6 months. Safe to say it's going great that we got the King size now. It is a product of high quality and we could tell that a great deal of effort has been invested into the cooling topper. Firm yet cloudlike. The old adage is to get a mattress that can be slept on both sides so you can flip it occasionally. These guys would already know about this and their point of difference is to build it with such quality that it does not need to be flipped.
