We offer FREE delivery across all of Australia.

Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes:

• Metro Areas - 3-5 business days
• Regional Australia - 7 to 10 business days

Delivery Process

• Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase.
• Dispatch Notification: You will be contacted by the delivery company prior to delivery of the mattress.
• Delivery Partner: We partner with reputable local couriers to ensure your mattresses, pillows or mattress protectors arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver Australia wide. 

Mattress Trade-In & Removal Policy

This service is available only to customers within 100km of a major Australian metro area (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide). Customers outside this radius are not eligible for free removal, but may arrange their own disposal or contact us to enquire about removal at an additional cost.

To be eligible, the old mattress must be:

• Accessible at ground level or easily reachable by our delivery team
• Free of pests, mould, or biohazards
• Made available at the same time as your new mattress delivery

Duuduu reserves the right to decline removal on-site if the mattress does not meet these conditions.
